Overview As the Director of Banquets, you will lead all banquet operations—planning, execution, team management, and customer satisfaction. You’ll inspire and mentor a talented team, manage budgets, and deliver flawless events that exceed our guests’ expectations in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Responsibilities Oversee planning and execution of all banquet events. Lead, motivate, and coach banquet staff. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Manage event budgets and financial performance. Collaborate with food, beverage, and front‑desk teams. Adapt to changing event requirements and schedule demands. Qualifications Extensive experience in banquet and event management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment. In‑depth knowledge of banquet operations and industry trends. Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
