Job Description Start a career with a proven leader Sears Home Improvement Products, a national leader in vinyl siding, windows, doors, kitchen remodeling, cabinet refacing, and HVAC products, is looking for a Project Coordinator. This role manages the installation process for specific products within the district, including scheduling, quality control, customer service, materials management, and overseeing independent contractors. The Project Coordinator has the authority to recruit, select, and contract independent contractors, ensuring their work meets Sears’ standards. They serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company regarding installation, contracts, and service issues, and have the discretion to resolve customer concerns. Job Responsibilities Supervising all ongoing jobs from start to finish Recruiting and training subcontractors Managing communication with customers on job and service issues Handling customer service issues and expenses for assigned product lines Supervising warehouse staff and Installation Assistants Addressing contract issues with sales staff Obtaining and maintaining permits and licenses for all jobs Ensuring subcontractors have current insurance coverage Qualifications Education/Training Strong operational experience in HVAC 2 to 5 years of construction management experience preferred Possession of relevant state contractor licenses may be required Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance Experience Experience managing subcontractors or subcontractor-based businesses preferred Ability to travel approximately 8-10 site inspections per month, including unannounced spot checks Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
