Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: RegularWork Location: Best Buy 438 - San Diego, CA 92108 Overview Be a part-time HP Retail Sales Associate. Assist in driving sales and building buzz around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer. Demonstrate HP products, tailor presentations to customers’ needs, and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff. Schedule Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Sign‑On Bonus $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus: Earn $250 after 45 days, another $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 1‑year anniversary. New hires starting on or after 11/1/25 – 1/24/26 qualify. Eligibility begins after your 1st in‑store shift and you must complete 90% of scheduled shifts. Must be employed on the program at the time of payout. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with management and staff. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report competitive insights and sales metrics. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Accurately document and report sales and all related data. Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
