This role will partner closely with leadership to evaluate large‑scale development initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and support long‑term strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a dynamic startup‑like environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to assess project feasibility, ROI, funding scenarios, and long‑term financial performance. Lead and support capital planning efforts , including forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment prioritization. Conduct project finance analysis , including cash flow modeling, cost review, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments. Interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, insights, and performance drivers , providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to communicate financial outcomes, present analysis, and support business cases. Evaluate resource utilization and provide guidance on resource optimization strategies. Support leadership with strategic planning, board materials, and ad‑hoc financial analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus. Significant experience in financial modeling , project finance, capital planning, or similar analytical roles. Strong ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and develop clear insights. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings for non‑financial stakeholders. Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving, startup‑oriented environment . Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with additional analytical tools is beneficial.
