Forefront Healthcare is growing in multiple regions, and we are expanding our leadership team We are searching for a Regional Director of Operations for our Senior Living Culinary Division, in the region encompassing multiple accounts in the Mid-Atlantic area. This RDO will reside in the Mid-Atlantic states area and travel up to 80% of their time. This RDO position will manage 4-5 culinary accounts initially with the scope expanding as Forefront continues to grow We are looking for a strong food/culinary leader who has exceptional and proven leadership, with multi-site and multi-state experience. He/she will ensure compliance with both regulatory and our culinary standards, in all senior living dining operations. The Regional Director of Operations collaborates with the onsite Director of Culinary and provides overall support and direction, to achieve operating and financial goals while enhancing food quality and elevating the dining experience. Will actively participate in new business surveys, proforma development, and presentations. He/she will assist in the processing of research data, cost analysis, menu recommendations, and execution of all culinary programs and systems. The Regional Director of Operations will function as the expert for all culinary services and make recommendations for our culinary strategy within their assigned geography. Additionally, he/she will monitor, research, and report on all competitors' activities, and be responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of our culinary marketing plan. Through regular contact, active listening, and timely addressing of any issues, concerns, or problems, he/she will establish and maintain effective communication with the corporate support team including Clinical & Wellness, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Menu Management, Marketing, IT, and Accounting. As a professional Regional Director of Operations, you will have a strong background in developing excellent working relationships with current and future Forefront clients. Equally, the expectation is you will provide effective training, leadership, management, and staff development to ensure all KPIs will be achieved by your team Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Leads the region on strategy and assists in implementing company culinary programs in existing and future locations. Responsible for leading the effective opening of new business. Willing to travel 80% to multiple accounts in assigned geography. Reports to the Senior Vice President, Senior Living. You will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of each account within the region. Directs staff development and training. Participates in new business sales surveys, proforma development, and presentations. Train, monitor, evaluate, and act accordingly on unit performance in all aspects of the business portfolio. Works with the onsite team at each location to deliver an elevated culinary dining experience.
