AE - Merchandise Leader (Part‑time) American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking an AE - Merchandise Leader (Part‑time) to support store brand standards and guest experience. Your Role As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always “guest ready” through effective replenishment. Your Responsibilities Drive outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards. Execute floorset standards: train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, ensure execution from uppers to tables. Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining brand standards and store freshness. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team. Maintain store safety and shrink‑reducing standards per AEO policies. You have flexible availability: early mornings, evenings, weekends. You possess retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
