Employer Industry: Insurance Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $135,250.00 Annual incentive bonus plan available Rich benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions Generous paid time off including 11 holidays, 2 wellness days, and 8 volunteer hours annually Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive management environment Paid parental leave and adoption/surrogacy assistance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and maintain planning models and tools, collaborating with various departments to create annual business plans Extract, analyze, and prepare data for actuarial analysis, presenting numerical data related to pricing Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to influence management decision‑making using data insights Anticipate customer needs and proactively address business challenges with appropriate methods and procedures What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field ASA Certification (required) Minimum 5 years of hands‑on actuarial experience Experience with Individual Annuity or other annuity products is highly preferred Proficient in MS Office and familiar with actuarial tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with US Statutory and US GAAP Familiarity with PowerBI, Python, SQL, and GGY AXIS We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
