Overview Employer Industry: Engineering Consulting Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $120,000 per year Eligible for bonuses through the Earned Performance Incentive program and On-the-Spot bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Flexible work environment with options for remote, hybrid, or in-office work Opportunities for professional growth and development through diverse and challenging projects Responsibilities Lead project design through technical reports, calculations, analysis, and modeling in geotechnical engineering Provide design and construction observation for earth structures and heavy-lift foundations, ensuring soil stability Collaborate with structural engineers on marine structural foundations, including pile driving analysis and dynamic testing Assist with project management tasks, including proposals, reports, and coordination of junior staff work Prepare permit documents for various environmental and construction-related projects Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a geotechnical focus at an engineering consulting firm Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field Professional Engineering Certification (PE) Preferred Qualifications Master\'s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field Experience in designing waterfront facilities and improvements such as pile, steel sheet, and slurry walls Proficiency in designing retaining walls and various foundation types including drilled piers and caissons Familiarity with dredging, slope stability, and in-water capping aspects of remediation projects #EngineeringConsulting #GeotechnicalEngineering #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #ProfessionalGrowth We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
