Overview We are partnered with a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to lead $50M+ ground-up projects while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Location: Greater Boston with remote flexibility. Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and standard benefits. The opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the region’s most notable commercial developments. Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on complex commercial projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance management. Partner with clients, executive leadership, and stakeholders to align project objectives and maintain strong relationships. Mentor and develop project management staff to strengthen team performance. Anticipate and resolve project challenges to ensure high-quality outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager leading ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M or more. Strong background in contract negotiation, financial oversight, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Ability to balance on-site leadership with flexible remote collaboration.
