Responsibilities

Ascension/St. Vincent Medical Group is seeking aBE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice in Winchester, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity tocontinue to grow the practice, alongside a team of 1Physicianand 6Nurse Practitioners.OB is available.

Practice Highlights:

  • See 18-20 patients per day
  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedule
  • Call: take your own call during the week, APP's will cover the weekends; Hospital call: Adult-PRN, Pediatrics 1:3 weekends
  • Well established, certified Rural HealthCare practice, collaborative atmosphere with colleagues

This is aHPSA and RHC location, and also NHSC approved site. Winchester is located in Randolph County, located on the Indiana/Ohio border north of I-70.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:


Required Credential(s):

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
