Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Electrical Engineer located in Fontana CA.. The Electrical Engineer will be based Fontana California reporting to the Hardware Manager . Responsible for assisting with the electrical design, development, and calculations of assigned manufacturing projects related to relay panels, control buildings, and medium voltage switchgears. This position will learn the engineering profession and the practical application of electrical engineering disciplines under the supervision of a Lead Electrical Engineer. What a typical day looks like: Participate in development, engineering, design, and drafting of manufacturing projects related to control buildings, relay panels, and switchgear. Assist in generating schematics and wiring drawings, as well as performing equipment selection for manufacturing projects. Assist in developing bill of materials for manufacturing projects. Provide engineering support to production departments during all stages of manufacturing. Perform analysis and generate reports, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work well in a cross‑functional team environment Knowledge of standard electrical testing and measuring equipment. General understanding of Electrical Safety Procedures, NEC and IEEE Codes. Experience and knowledge with computers and MS office programs. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or related software. Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Power Systems required . At least 0-2 years of related work experience.
