Premier Physician Services is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Diagnostic/Breast Radiologist to join our dynamic team supporting a Missouri-based healthcare system. This role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote). We re looking for a physician who values precision, collaboration, and compassionate care someone eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a balanced workweek with no weekends or overnight shifts. ️ Position Overview :• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) ; Competitive Wage• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM• Work Format: Hybrid (onsite/remote)• Location: Kansas City (Will be credentialed for all MO facilities)• Technology: EPIC EMR INFINITT PACSKey Responsibilities: • Perform Image-Guided Breast Biopsies Including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures• Patient Consultation & Education Provide clear, empathetic communication before and after procedures• Collaborate with Referring Physicians Ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes• Post-Procedure Monitoring & Follow-Up Manage recovery and address any complications• Maintain Accurate Documentation Ensure thorough records of procedures and patient interactions• Participate in Quality Assurance Initiatives Support continuous improvement in clinical careQualifications: • Medical degree from an accredited institution• Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained Mammographer Will consider non BC if certain criteria has been met• MQSA Certified • Valid Missouri medical license • Proficiency in breast biopsy techniques• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellenceInterested in Learning More?
