Employer Industry: Payment Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Base salary up to $75,000, plus uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 Commission-based role with significant earning potential Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional growth and territory expansion Dynamic and results-oriented work environment Flexibility to manage a multi-state territory with travel requirements What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with sales management Self-generate leads and maintain an accurate pipeline of fleet opportunities Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills to close sales What is Required (Qualifications) 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills High degree of territory management capability, including multi-state coverage Successful completion of a background investigation How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree preferred Industry knowledge in fleet management and/or commercial payments Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software Strong relationship management and time management skills Goal-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
