Position Summary Credence has an immediate opening for a Director's Action Group Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F‑16 division at multiple locations. The F‑16 "Viper" AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis‑Monthan Air Force Base. The F‑16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history, producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F‑16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements, development, and funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. The F‑16 program also includes the Multi‑National Fighter Program (MNFP), a cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process. Responsibilities Assist F‑16 Division PMs in development of both content and format, review acquisition documents in accordance with Air Force Standards, and process acquisition documents and staff packages through the Fighter (WA) Directorate. Upload documents onto the Fighters Program Executive Group (PEG) tracking system; act as Point of Contact (POC) to the Fighters PEG on any questions, required document changes, and ensure final coordination/approval by the Fighters Air Force Program Executive Officer (AFPEO). Develop, produce, and facilitate program reviews involving various levels of command, including the F‑16 Combined Program Management Review (CPMR) for USAF and the F‑16 Integrated Program Management Review (IPMR) for USAF‑wide participants. Integrate, communicate, coordinate, and provide organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines to effectively assist Air Force programs to deliver and sustain warfighting capabilities. Manage all coordination and suspense control activities for inquiries from higher HQ, prepare responses for the F‑16 Capabilities Branch Chief and Deputy's approval, and provide recommendations for dispositions. Conduct F‑16 staff meetings, include status of all taskings to F‑16 senior leadership, and support the tasking interface between F‑16 Division organizational elements at HAFB and WPAFB. Facilitate weekly telecommunications between the F‑16 senior staff and the SAF/AQ Air Staff Program Element Monitors (PEMs). Ensure that program operational and business issues receive proper visibility and actions are staffed to provide optimum force structure to meet program requirements. Gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and all stakeholders. Provide program management support to the Chief, USAF Capabilities Branch, assisting key members of the response teams responding to high priority Command inquiries and taskers. Perform routine management operations functions, including answering phones, scheduling telecons and Video Teleconferences (VTC), preparing organizational charts, entering data, integrating information into required reports, generating and maintaining training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans, processing mail, preparing correspondence, and operating fax equipment. Develop internal and external briefings and reports. File and retrieve graphics materials to facilitate research and expedite creation of briefings and reports; compile and prepare briefings and reports in both electronic and hard copy for special and recurring reports. Provide program management support to the F‑16 Director and Front Office Group (FOG) as a key member of response teams responding to high priority Pentagon and Command inquiries and taskers. Collect, process, and prepare analysis of metrics in response to taskings received from internal and higher‑level management sources. Handle Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) communications to ensure cognizant parties are informed; appropriate responses are prepared, coordinated, and communicated while maintaining required security disciplines. Requirements Minimum of an active Secret security clearance. Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD. OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD. OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
