1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’ve partnered with an established industrial manufacturing company that designs and fabricates bulk storage systems (steel bins, silos, tanks). They’re seeking a Senior Structural Project Engineer to lead customer projects from concept through production. This is not R&D —it's about turning customer needs into manufacturable steel solutions . You'll oversee customer kickoff meetings, generate 3D models and structural calcs, lead a small engineering team, and collaborate with sales and operations. Great fit for someone with dry bulk, grain/fertilizer, or structural steel fabrication experience . What you’ll do: Create models, approval drawings, cut lists, BOMs Collaborate with sales and production teams Manage junior engineers and support growth of team Participate in strategic planning with executive team What we’re looking for: 8+ years in dry bulk, structural, or heavy industrial systems Familiarity with ASME, IBC, ANSI, OSHA standards Project management and team leadership experience PE/SE license helpful, but not required Willing to work onsite in Kansas (4.5-day weeks)Willing to work onsite in Kansas (4.5-day weeks)MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
