Identify new business opportunities by maintaining relationships with existing clients and pursuing strategic new partnerships. Uphold and contribute to continuous improvement of the Division's Quality Management Plan. Qualifications What you will bring to Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Urban Planning & Policy, Urban Design, Community Development, or Landscape Architecture from an accredited college/university. Experience: Valid driver’s license and registered insured personal vehicle. 10-12 years of planning experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Experience with park district and municipal planning preferred. American Institute of Certified Planners certification a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Self-motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Capability to facilitate meetings and focus groups. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other graphic processing programs preferred. Experience in project management and leading a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
