**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2+ Years of Experience - Required
**License:** Michigan license verification required; please provide LARA and Nursys. If there is a license issue, a write-up for review is recommended.
**Certifications:** BLS (AHA)
**Must-Have:**
- Willingness to work holidays
- Ability to float
- Skills checklist completed within one year for RN specialties
**Job Description:**
- Establish a therapeutic relationship and create a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, determining the most important aspects of care together.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals.
- Initiate and maintain open communication with other team members to ensure the patient and family receive comprehensive interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.
- Communicate with patients, families, subordinate staff, and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized, and revised, as appropriate.
- Work every other weekend.
- Travelers are required to float within their specialty and may be expected to float to other specialties based on facility needs.
