Job Description Bestbath is seeking an experienced sales management professional to lead our dealer channel. The position reports to the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development and will manage a team of regional developers and inside sales staff. The role focuses on strategy, enablement, and execution of the sales cycle from lead to close, without direct selling responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the outside sales team in generating new dealers and expanding existing dealer relationships. Manage our CRM to capture opportunities and provide visibility on the dealer pipeline. Support outside and inside sales teams in identifying and building opportunities within the dealer channel. Oversee the internal dealer order processing team, ensuring smooth transition from sales order to manufacturing and delivery. Develop and deploy strategy, measure and respond to strategic metrics, and maintain market awareness. Develop and report on sales funnel and metrics. Provide analytics and KPI reporting to sales teams and leadership. Collaborate with marketing to manage lead handling and flow. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives for overall business improvement. Manage multiple priorities and projects to meet deadlines. Engage with dealers, partners, and industry associations. Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, marketing, finance, design, or construction). 3+ years of sales team leadership. Experience managing remote, regionally focused sales professionals. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales optimization. Consultative selling experience and coaching skills. Experience in customer service and satisfaction evaluation. 3+ years in construction or related discipline. Knowledge of bathing‑specific, accessible aging, or composite industries is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Availability for at least two weeks of travel per month. Good credit history. Strong knowledge of sales practices, office procedures, and relevant regulations. Presentation, organizational, and time‑management skills. Experience with sales management software is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands Development of High‑Value Dealer program and training. Focus on Commercial Sales Program tools, strategies, and training. Creation of streamlined systems for role roll‑offs and timelines. Support for State‑Funded Program growth in various markets. All opportunities have defined completion dates for hand‑off to teams. Compensation Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, DOE. Variable compensation plan worth up to 40% of base. Travel Requirements Frequent local and national air travel; personal vehicle required for local transportation.
