Join Our Team as a Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist - Are you passionate about delivering high-quality imaging services? - Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working independently? - If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist specializing in MRI, CT, and X-Ray Position Highlights: - Deliver exceptional MRI, CT, and X-Ray exams to aid in diagnosis and treatment. - Perform imaging procedures independently, producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. - Collaborate with medical staff across various departments to provide top-notch patient care. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate of a recognized Radiology program or equivalent. - Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Montana. - Hold advanced certifications in CT and MRI from ARRT. - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. - Minimum of two years of experience in radiology, CT, and/or MRI. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in health care-related studies. Essential Job Functions: - Perform high-quality exams across all patient populations, including NICU, CCU, and ED. - Maintain attention to detail and customer service in a busy, reliable manner. - Assist medical staff as needed during exams and procedures. - Ensure accurate documentation for interpretation, archiving, and retrieval of exams. - Participate in the continuous improvement of hospital quality indicators. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism at all times. - Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions. - Adapt to a busy and stressful environment while performing essential functions. - Develop proficiency in computer applications and office equipment. - Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines effectively. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move objects or people up to 50 pounds repeatedly. - Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; adjust body position as needed. - Climb and reach above shoulder level rarely; perform twisting, bending, and kneeling frequently. - Maintain close visual acuity and cognitive focus while completing tasks.
