Salary and Benefits The pay range for this position is $270,000 and up based on experience Sign on bonus Health Insurance (Employee: $48.86 bi-weekly) Dental and Vision Insurance Long Term Disability Paid Time Off (9 Days in year one) Continuing Medical Education - 10 days up to $3,500 On-Site Clinic Benefit Paid Holidays Student Loan Repayment (Up to $100,000) Life Insurance Retirement Package - 403(b) with 6% match Employee Assistance Program Full support staff No call or weekends Responsibilities Monday - Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) Proving Primary Care in an outpatient setting Requirements Clear and active license in the state of Pennsylvania.
