Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Why consider this job opportunity Salary range from $146,955.00 to $219,650.00, plus an incentive opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance available Generous 401(k) match and flexible time off policies Opportunity to work with global contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) Support for continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier quality function What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Execute supplier quality audits and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of findings Support the qualification and ongoing monitoring of CMOs and critical suppliers Ensure supplier compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supplier quality into business processes Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, with 2+ years in supplier or external manufacturing quality Strong knowledge of GMP regulations for small molecules and/or biologics Experience conducting audits and managing supplier documentation Strong communication and problem‑solving skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with global CMOs Familiarity with digital tools and systems for supplier management Exposure to regulatory inspections and remediation activities "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
