OB/GYN Physician Full-Spectrum Women's Health Phoenix, AZ Location: Phoenix, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time Practice Model: Integrated outpatient clinic with hospital-based coverage Call Coverage: Shared rotation with established OB/GYN group Travel: None Position Summary A growing, patient-centered women s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology within a well-supported, physician-led environment that emphasizes high-quality care, continuity, and collaboration. The practice integrates ambulatory women s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. True full-scope OB/GYN role: clinic, surgery, and labor & delivery Consistent patient volume with strong referral relationships Supportive clinical team including CNMs, APPs, and hospital partners Opportunity to tailor your surgical focus and clinical interests Emphasis on work-life balance and collaborative team culture Located in the heart of Phoenix a vibrant, diverse, and family-friendly metro area Responsibilities Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries and C-sections Deliver outpatient women s health services: wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, infertility evaluation, etc. Address both routine and complex gynecologic conditions Rotate call responsibilities with fellow OB/GYN physicians Collaborate with care teams across clinical and hospital settings Maintain thorough documentation using the EHR system Contribute to ongoing clinical quality improvement efforts Candidate Profile MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Arizona Commitment to team-based care and patient-centered values Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is a plus Advance Your Career in Women s Health This opportunity is ideal for OB/GYN physicians seeking a meaningful, balanced, and impactful role in a thriving Phoenix-based women s health group.
