Role Overview Project Manager to support a leading manufacturing client in Piscataway, NJ. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of small to medium construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring all phases are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and upfront planning, you'll manage the project lifecycle, build detailed schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll monitor financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and drive efficiency across all phases. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with professionalism. You'll support cross‑functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, safe, and sustainable project outcomes. What You’ll Do Manage all project phases, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety regulations. Regularly monitor facility projects against budget and alert the team to any deviations in project scope, timeline, or costs. Establish a structured communication plan with clients and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and collaboration. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely, high‑quality work while regularly monitoring projects to review progress and adherence to scope. Ensure that any changes in scope result in revised documents and updated client approvals as needed. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and uphold strict safety standards to ensure a zero‑harm work environment. Maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and serve as the key liaison between the project team and the client. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of project management experience with a track record of delivering successful projects. Strong ability to manage client expectations and ensure project requirements are met. Proficient in financial reporting and budget monitoring to keep costs within scope. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
