Maintenance Director

Job Overview Full‑time opportunities available. Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑4:30 PM. $59k‑$98k. Qualifications for Director of Maintenance Must have, as a minimum, four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position. Nursing home experience required. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
