Bilingual (Russian/English ) Physician Assistant for Interventional Pain Management Private Practice Unique Pain Medicine, a leading multi-site interventional pain management practice, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : 150,000 annually Incentive Bonus: Performance-based bonus program tied to productivity and quality metrics 401(k): Retirement plan with employer match Vacation/PTO: 4 weeks of paid vacation + standard paid holidays CME/Professional Development: Annual allowance and paid says for CME, licensing and certifications Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in interventional pain management Assist with procedures and provide comprehensive follow-up care Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and treatment planning Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and team members Educate and communicate effectively with diverse, bilingual patient population Requirements Current NY State PA license and NCCPA certification Fluency in Russian and English is required Preferred Experience & Skills Prior experience in pain management (outpatient or interventional setting) Training or interest in regenerative medicine therapies Experience or skills in aesthetic medicine (Botox, fillers, skin treatment) Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities.
