About the POSITION: Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative team of 1 physician and 2 APPs at a high-acuity direct care/walk-in clinic located in Moses Lake, Washington . This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys broad-scope, hands-on patient care. Schedule: 13–15 shifts per month Patient Volume: Average of 30–35 patients per shift Procedures: Sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removals, and select women’s health services Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Direct Care/Urgent Care settings About the COMP & BENEFITS: Salary: $143,000 – $165,000 annually Incentives: Additional RVU-based productivity potential Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, CME support, and paid time off About MOSES LAKE, WA: Moses Lake is a growing community in central Washington offering a blend of urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
