**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 16 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours per week
**Experience:** 2 years required
**License:** Valid WI License required
**Certifications:** BLS required, AHA certifications required prior to start
**Must-Have:**
- Night Shift Availability
- Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
**Job Description:**
- Work in the Med Surg & Palliative Care unit with a focus on PCU.
- Responsible for attending to patient needs during night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with required certifications and provide proof as needed.
- Complete required modules during the orientation phase.
- Willingness to float within the hospital as needed, specific details provided by specialty.
- Compliance with flu vaccine policy or provide a valid exemption.
- Manage patient care efficiently and competently in accordance with established policies.
- Orientation includes 8 hours of non-billable training.
- Modules, if required, are billable up to 8 hours and must be completed as part of the orientation.
