A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do Become the Environment Services Supervisor you always wanted to be Manage and supervise operations of the Environmental Services Department to maintain cleanliness and compliance with TJC, federal, state, and local regulations. Support and motivate staff, holding them accountable for performance and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment. Manage inventory to optimize cost of supplies and maintain equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous housekeeping experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Previous management/supervisory experience, preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions in a detail-oriented manner. Capacity to work independently and effectively without continuous supervision. Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds including medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients. Proficiency in general office equipment and compliance with standards of business conduct.
