Store Manager – Certified Oil Company We’re looking for an energetic, passionate retail leader to drive the success of an EG America convenience store location. After training, they join the bench leadership team and eventually assume store manager responsibilities. What You’ll Do Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile. Assist the Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching. Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep inventory stocked. Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs. Maintain a clean store, coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms. Operate the cash register efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager. Minimum Education High School or GED Preferred Education High School or GED Minimum Experience 1 year retail or food experience Preferred Experience 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role. Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory. Soft Skills Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members High energy Ability to move quickly between activities Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others Computer skills are helpful Scheduling Full‑time – 40 regular hours maximum with 5 hours overtime required. Weekend & holiday hours required. Travel 5% required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 40 pounds occasionally. Stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip; work in cooler. Noise level moderate. Additional Requirements Specialized attire required in food establishments (hats or visors, gloves etc. provided). Our doors are always open to our guests – rain or shine, weekends and holidays.
