Job Description: Position Overview SFE Trucking ( a J.B. Hunt carrier) is seeking professional and reliable Class A CDL Truck Drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van operations. This role involves long-haul freight transportation across multiple states, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. Drivers will operate modern, well-maintained equipment while enjoying steady miles and competitive pay.Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle (53' dry van). Transport freight across regional and national routes, adhering to all DOT regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Manage on-time pickup and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and trip documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Follow all company safety standards and operational policies. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) . Minimum 1 year of OTR experience preferred (new graduates may be considered). Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years. Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
