We offer licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): Sign-on bonus Annual cash bonus up $8,000 Full-time W-2 positions Strong work-life balance. Annual Income Potential: $96,000 to $119,000+ Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking: Therapists fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Proficient in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee and utilizing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
