**Job Description:**
- Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Occupational and Physical Therapists for overall patient care.
- Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
- Educate patients and families about speech disorders and their causes.
- Document patient care history accurately and timely.
- Report progress and status to relevant parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information according to regulations and policies.
- Comply with all rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Possess analytical ability to evaluate information and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented with proven multitasking abilities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and build rapport easily.
- Accurately assess clinical conditions related to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Competency in computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Meditech.
