And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Network Analyst to join our Network Analytics and Strategy team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can translate insights into actionable strategies. The Network Analyst will play a key role in supporting network performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives, while delivering comprehensive analyses for Sales and Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze network performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision‑making. Provide analyses and actionable insights to Sales and Account Management teams to support client strategies and business growth. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide insights and recommendations. Assist in the development of strategies to optimize network efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources. Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Required Qualifications 2-3 years experience analyzing data and creating reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Access (queries, database management). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Coursework or certifications in data analysis, database management, or network strategy. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
