Responsibilities Create and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions to document configurations. Develop strategies and concepts to align with business goals. Collaborate with suppliers and integrate processes, materials, and technology to meet production needs. Review and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements. Determine tooling needs and manage tools from design to disposal. Investigate and resolve production-related issues. Qualifications Experience in developing manufacturing plans and strategies. Ability to collaborate with suppliers and integrate new technologies. Proficiency in reviewing and approving technical data. Strong problem-solving skills for resolving production issues. Experience with tooling requirements and management. Familiarity with drafting and updating processes and procedures.
