_*Patient Types:*_
* General Med/Surg
* Pre- and post-op surgical recovery patients
* Diabetics, kidney and liver failure, cardiac, stroke, and respiratory patients

_*Patient Ratios:*_
* 1:4 day to 1:5-7 night (acuity based)

_*Start Date: ASAP*_

2 weeks from offer
* 12-hour shifts - 36 hours per week
* Shift: Night
* Weekend Rotation: Every other
* Holiday Rotation: Every other

*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
* Administer medications and treatments following protocols and laws.
* Documen patient care accurately.
* Develop individualized care plans and providing guidance to patients and families.
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
* Offer clinical expertise to support colleagues and departments.
* Use critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns when necessary.

*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience on Med/Surg units
* Must be flexible working in all Med/Surg units.
* RN, BLS active
* Must have experience with various drips such as, (cardiac gtts, heparin gtt, insulin gtt, poss).
* Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

$60/hr - $62/hr
