About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) in Emergency Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

  • ?Competitive Compensation

  • You would work at Holy Rosary Hospital, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Miles City, MT.
  • Mix of day/night 12-hour shifts in the ED practicing as the sole provider.
  • Resource connections with St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals.
  • General surgeon with full surgical team on call 24/7.
  • Close relationships with Hospitalist and ICU teams.

What youll bring:

  • An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
  • Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience as a provider in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grad Emergency Nurse Practitioners.
  • Passion for rural Emergency Medicine.
