Global Director Validation & IntegrationContract Type: PermanentJob Location: Belgium - Zaventem Mission The Global Validation and Integration director is responsible for the timely validation of the ADBSafegate product portfolio according to all international norms and internal ADBSafegate policies. This role manages the Validation teams linked to the different R&D sites worldwide and ensures the development and maintenance of all relevant testing competencies. Responsibilities / Expectations Plans, organizes, leads and controls the PDP/ECP/Resourcing Validation orientation and activities for the validation of all AGL Products and Product related systems within ADBSafegate in line with product roadmap and strategy. Plans, organizes and leads any validation related activities in the different ADBSafegate sites of the company including eventual outsourced development if any. The V&I activities are aiming at providing support to the R&D Business Field through: Setting up the Validation Lists for each product Cluster Developing of a Validation List for each project Planning V&I activities for each project in line with overall project planning. Closing the loop by investigation Field Returns towards the planned Validation tests for future product developments. Within the scope of responsibilities is also the realization and eventual upgrades of all Validation test Lists in the company for the different portfolio clusters. Knowledge management in relation to test methodologies in ADBSafegate business field is a must. He/she is in charge of making sure that new product developments comply with the respective standards (FAA, ICAO,…); the applicable CE/EMC requirements and the internal ADBSAfegate requirements. Managing his/her departments in view of a good communication and teamwork with the Product Mgtm, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistic, Production and the Quality Management in order to optimize the overall realization process. For external relations, managing the technical relation with innovative suppliers, universities, external laboratories, standardization institutions linked to validation & Integration. Management & Organization of the various Validation teams in the world.
