Promise is seeking an experienced (3 years minimum) Advanced Practice Clinician. Certification as a Physician's Assistant (completion of PA Program) or Nurse Practitioner (MSN or higher degree) is required. We have clinics on Bloomington Road, Neil Street in Champaign, a school-based clinic in Urbana, and Wabash St., Rantoul. Our facilities are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program. Competitive compensation with signing bonus/relocation stipend and loan repayment potential.

Practice opportunity details include:

Candidate type: NP/PA
100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule
Call is approximately 1:8 telephone only (varies with the number of providers)
Team-based care: Medical team includes a team of eight (physicians, NPs and PAs)
Integrated care with Dental, Behavioral Health and Psychiatry
Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
$2,500 CME ($2,800 with DEA) and 40 hours per year for full-time position
7 paid holidays
Approximately 31 days of combined vacation and sick leave (Earned time off ETO). ETO exchange allows for cash-out of unused ETO.
