Join a dedicated team committed to advancing maternal and fetal health through comprehensive inpatient care, OB triage, deliveries, and emergency response, making a tangible difference in women's lives.Required Skills:Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license in Texas. Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN. Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care, including triage, deliveries, and Cesarean sections. Ability to handle obstetric emergencies with professionalism and composure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts and collaborate with hospital staff. Nice to Have Skills:Experience working in hospitalist or inpatient obstetric settings. Proficiency with electronic health records and health information technology systems. Certifications in neonatal resuscitation (NRP) and advanced life support. Preferred Education and Experience:Completion of residency in OB/GYN. Prior locum or hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different hospital environments. Other Requirements:Availability for specific dates, including December, January, and February, with willingness to credential 2-3 providers for coverage. Ability to work 24-hour shifts as needed. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Must be able to start promptly on assigned dates.
