Private Equity Manager – Fund Administration Oliver James is seeking a Private Equity Manager to oversee the full cycle of private equity investments, ensuring compliance and optimizing returns. This permanent role is part of the Asset Management Operations team and offers opportunities for significant impact and growth. Base Pay $120,000 – $140,000 per year Key Responsibilities Manage investment strategies and conduct detailed fund analysis. Oversee investor reporting, fund accounting, and waterfall modeling.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. Lead and develop a high‑performance team of professionals. Collaborate with auditors, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to meet operational requirements. Required Experience & Skills Extensive knowledge of fund accounting and GAAP.
Proficient in private equity waterfalls, modeling, and distribution analysis. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities under pressure. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial data. Highly organized with strong strategic planning and risk management aptitude.
