Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Mason City, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and collegial team providing advanced cardiac anesthesia care in a high-quality surgical environment.Position: Permanent MD/DO Anesthesiologist (Cardiac)Location: Mason City, IowaKey Responsibilities:Provide anesthesia for cardiac and thoracic surgeries including CABG, valve replacement, and other complex procedures.Perform and interpret transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).Deliver anesthesia for general surgical cases as needed.Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams to ensure optimal perioperative outcomes.Participate in call rotation as part of the anesthesia department.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in Iowa.Advanced TEE certification preferred.Excellent clinical judgment and team collaboration skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with cardiac and call stipends.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice coverage with tail insurance.CME allowance and paid CME time.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance negotiable.Join a highly skilled surgical team in Mason City, IA, and enjoy the opportunity to provide specialized cardiac anesthesia care in a supportive and innovative environment.
