Senior Transmission Line Engineer EarthStream Global is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer with specialized expertise in overhead transmission line systems . This leadership role combines deep technical knowledge in both civil and electrical engineering disciplines with the ability to drive project success across all phases—concept development, design, and execution. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in delivering high-voltage overhead transmission solutions in complex and fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and engineering of overhead high-voltage transmission lines , ensuring safe, cost-effective, and reliable infrastructure that meets project and industry standards. Act as a senior technical authority, representing the Engineering department in internal reviews, client meetings, and multi-disciplinary planning sessions. Oversee and manage project lifecycles—from feasibility through detailed design and construction support—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Perform advanced engineering analyses related to route selection, structure loading, conductor configuration, sag and tension calculations, and right-of-way considerations. Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects. Integrate innovative design practices while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and established engineering standards. Provide strategic input for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project proposals and execution plans. Travel occasionally to project sites, client locations, or manufacturing facilities as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of focused experience in overhead transmission line engineering , including experience with structure and foundation design, conductor selection, and line routing. Demonstrated ability to deliver cost-effective, constructible solutions in an EPC or utility environment. Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI). Experience preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, technical drawings, and construction packages for overhead transmission systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
