Job Description Senior Associate – Lead Tax Services. Responsibilities include: Assisting on large tax projects requiring strong technical skills. Performing tax research and working with clients on tax matters. Planning and implementing special projects. Managing the compliance function, including the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and building strong client relationships. Qualifications BS in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus. CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in public accounting or a public/accounting blend. Experience with Consolidated C‑Corp, FAS 109, FIN 48, partnership, S‑Corp, individual and/or multi‑state tax matters. Ability to grow strong client relationships. Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills. Employment Information Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Salary Range $62,500.00 – $141,000.00 per year.
