Salary: $33 - $62+ / hour (Based on Experience, Certifications, and Skill Level) Job Description Reports to: Service Manager/Director Automotive Technician Purpose: The Automotive Technician is responsible for reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy Examine vehicle and diagnose necessary repairs Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician Maintain high safety and quality standards Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes Automotive Technician Qualifications: At least 1 year of previous Automotive Technician experience Own a set of tools Valid driver’s license and a good driving record High school diploma or the equivalent You may be the perfect fit for Automotive Technician at Land Rover Newport Beach if you have the following attributes: Resilience, agile, and open to change Great professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and processes Willingness to keep learning Active-listening and strong communication skills Respect for teammates Positive outlook Required: Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
