Learn more: About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex engineering infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior team members. Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents Conduct complex engineering analyses and provide innovative solutions to challenging problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and stakeholders Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards Participate in business development activities and client presentations Optimize engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity Contribute to the development of engineering standards and procedures within the organization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in Bridge Maintenance Projects especially in Expansion Joints & Bearings Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Excellent project management and leadership skills Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and UAE regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience with hydraulic modeling and design of infrastructure systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
