Practice Highlights:
- Full-time position; Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Team includes 2 physicians and 4 advanced clinical practitioners
- Advanced clinical practitioners together with department physicians to evaluate patients, order testing, develop and oversee treatment plans
- Common diagnoses include sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and snoring
- Extended onboarding and training by department colleagues
- Outpatient-only setting; No call or weekend requirements
- Primary practice location in Corvallis. Some travel may be required to support potential secondary practice locations in local communities.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
- AANC or AANP certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
- Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to become confident and competent using sleep-related durable medical equipment
- Experience using multiple interventional strategies and opportunities to assist patients with symptom management
