DAY TO DAY AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

As a new RN at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your days will be filled with providing personalized care to our residents, administering medication, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest safety standards are met. With a focus on customer-centricity and empathy, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those in our community.

Holding an active RN license on the MN Board of Nursing Registry is a must, ensuring you meet the necessary qualifications to deliver high-quality services.

Advocating for the best interests of our elders and serving as an educator to caregivers, families, and residents showcases your empathy and commitment to customer-centricity. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Must be Registered Nurse on the MN Board of Nursing Registry
work with other healthcare providers such as physicians and therapists to ensure high levels of quality care and services are being provided at all times
advocate for elders best interests and serve as an educator to caregivers, elders, and families
