Job Duties:
* Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
* Use automated dispensing system(s), calibrate pump and maintain dispensing equipment
* Produce and maintain appropriate records and reports as required by Company protocol, Federal and State Regulations
* Ensure compliance with security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances as set forth in the Code of Federal regulations
* Order, receive and stock medication in accordance with DEA and State regulations. (If granted Power of Attorney)
* Provide daily assessment of patients
* Assist Nursing Supervisor to orient new nursing staff
* Other related duties as determined by supervisor

Job Requirements:
* 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
* Medication Dispensing of Controlled Substance Experience - Required
* LPN License
* BLS Certificate

Schedule:
* 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM
* 8 Hour Days
* No Call
* Every Other Weekend
* 40 Hour Guarantee

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Standard shift:
* Day shift
Weekly schedule:
* 5x8
* Rotating weekends

Experience:
* Medication administration: 1 year (Required)
* Medication Dispensing of Controlled Substance: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
* LPN License (Required)
* BLS Certification (Required)
