Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40/hr Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements (when applicable) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws

Medical, dental, vision, and more (benefits details available upon application) What You ll Do: Provide expert OB care and support during 24-hour hospitalist shifts Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management Monitor patient conditions and intervene as needed Document patient encounters according to hospital protocols Assist in emergency situations and high-risk obstetric cases Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives What You Need: Valid Arizona medical license or eligible for licensing Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Prior hospitalist experience in OB preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Assignment: This assignment is at a reputable hospital in Phoenix, AZ, providing high-quality obstetric and gynecological care.
