Lead the development of system/business‑unit level processes and procedures. Act as change agent for achieving business‑unit objectives and provide guidance on engineering matters. For large capital projects, manage the engineering and technical contract consultants, participate in contractor/vendor selection, assist contractors during design and construction, and ensure compliance with contract, permits, codes, and utility standards. Coordinate design execution with codes, specifications, schedules, and good engineering practice, and manage RFIs and project deliverables throughout the stage‑gate process.
